It’s a simple and quick way to streamline your pre-admission experience with us. Your personal information is validated and then imported directly into your Vein Doctors Group file.

Creating an account is easy. It’s a one-time process that takes just minutes and it can be easily updated each time you return to our centre. Rest assured, your personal information is secure with our Medical Wizard software.

PLEASE NOTE – for security of your medical information, no data can be saved while completing the patient portal. You must complete it all in one go.
